Hazır RIM kalıbı ile ilk partide 60 adet parça imalatı?..

Being member of one of the biggest industrial groups in Egypt, Our company manufacturers various imaging devices for medical applications...

Currently we are investigating the possibility to continue with a Turkish company for production of a RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) part which we already have started to produce in China. We intend to ship the Chinese mold to Turkey, and start with a batch of 60 pieces.

Mold material is ABS, size is 73x66x26 cm and it weighs 120 kg (see attached photos). The mold produced 5 samples in Axson RIM 875 and only one in Axson RIM 610.

And since the quotation was based on the production to be in Axson 610 and the Chinese refused due to a problem caused by Axson 610 to their RIM machine, we want you to continue production for us.

Please, provide us with a quotation for the production of 60 pieces in Axson 610.

Not: The part volume is about 2,75 liters.
