Ayda 10 adet alüminyum kaynaklı ağır konstrüksiyon imalatı?..
Fransa'daki bir müşterimiz için, aşağıda açıklandığı üzere, kalın alüminyum plakalardan MIG kaynağıyla, 4x2,1x1,5 metre boyutlarında ve yaklaşık 2 tonluk bir konstrüksiyondan ayda 10 adet imal edebilecek kabiliyette firmaların bizimle irtibata geçmelerini bekliyoruz (kaynaklanacak alüminyum parçalar müşterimiz tarafından temin edilecek).

The job consist to realise the complete welding frame assembly of aluminium alloy 7005 in heavy thickness 10, 25 and max 40 mm, total weight 2 tons per complete structure after welding.
The panels are supplied ready for assembly and are therefore not concerned by the request
Process to consider:
To cut at right dimension, machining (+ bending if necessary), dry assembly, welding, welding control 100%, machining, dimension control, painting, control painting.
Capacity minimum per month: 10 complete structures
Exterior dimensions of the complete structure: 4.000 x 2.100 x 1.500 mm
Weight of weld metal deposited: 27 kg
Process MIG to consider
Weld class to apply #A, B, C, D always plate position to take into account for welding.
As defined in Std NF EN ISO 10042
Means to consider as minimum required:
* MIG know-how in Aluminium or in stainless steel high thickness 40 mm
* Lifting equipment 5 tons minimum
* Dye penetration inspection to realise
* X-ray inspection 100%
* Flatness inspection
* Machining (2 phases) 15 interfaces-Milling +200 holes M12
* Dimensional inspection
* Surface treatment/painting (internal or near the location plant)
* In addition a press 1.500 tons to bend the panel 40mm thickness with precision
We need company complete data with some similar production already realised.
The Client is French, the name will stay confidential in the first Milestone.
After showing your company potential, you could receive after acceptance from Client a confidentiality contract to sign and return so that you receive a RFQ
They have to integrate an Engineer for welding, to precise the number of welders, the number of MIG welders, the first customers...
