Plastik kaşık, çatal ve bıçak kalıpları imalatı?..

We are interested to realize injection moulds for plastic cutlery. 1 hot runner and 2 ejectors per mould.
There will be separete moulds for fork, knife and spoon manufacturing.

Our plasitc injection machine is Battenfeld HM 150, water cooling connection
DME, the central zone should much smaller, around 40mm diameter.
2 ejectors/product, 9-10 seconda maximum cycle time.
10-12pcs/mould.
